BYD Battery-Box Combiner Box Plus for HVS/HVM/HVB/HVS+/HVM+/HVE

The BYD Battery-Box Combiner Box Plus CBH-70A has been designed to connect multiple BYD high-voltage batteries in parallel in a simple, safe and organised way. This combiner box allows up to three battery towers to be combined into a single DC cable connection to the inverter, simplifying installation and significantly reducing the amount of cabling required. 

The Combiner Box Plus is compatible with the entire range of BYD Battery-Box Premium HV systems, including the HVS, HVM, HVB, HVS+ , HVM+ and HVE batteries. This provides maximum flexibility for both new energy storage projects and expansions of existing installations.

When a project requires greater battery capacity, the BYD Battery-Box Combiner Box Plus makes it possible to combine multiple battery towers within a single energy storage system. This allows storage capacity to be scaled up easily without complex cabling arrangements. 

For correct operation, all connected battery towers must be of the same model type and contain the same number of battery modules. In addition, the batteries must have the same state of charge (SOC) during installation.

The Combiner Box Plus has an IP65 protection rating, making it resistant to dust and water. With a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +50°C, the system operates reliably in a variety of environments. Natural convection cooling also ensures low-maintenance operation without fans.
